Berry Blaster

 

ingredients:

2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries, raspberries and blackberries

1 cup spinach

1/2 cup kale, tough stems and center ribs removed

1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped

1 cup unsweetened soy, hemp or almond milk

2 cups ice or water

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender.
